Deposits are non-refundable if you log in and cancel & should you book the following month that deposit will be applied then. After 30 days your deposit is forfeited. We kindly ask you to select your date carefully. All appointments are subject to last-minute changes in the event of an urgent celebrity call-in with full refund on appointment if any inconvenience.
